Jennifer Rowe has worked in the real estate industry in St. Augustine since 1983. Obtaining her real estate license at the age of 18. Jennifer has worked as a rental manager, sales associate, broker & real estate appraiser. Over the years, Jennifer has been a multi-million dollar producer in real estate sales. In 1999, Jennifer began her training as a real estate appraiser. After a 2 year apprenticeship, Jennifer became a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in December 2002 and worked full time both as a Realtor and Real Estate Appraiser. Realizing that appraising was her true passion, Jennifer opened her own appraisal company in December of 2007. In March of 2010, Jennifer returned to work at the family business, Sunshine Realty & Appraisal Services, LLC., as the appraisal department manager.
